Summary

The series product adopts SCR three-phase bridge silicon controlled rectifier, DSP computer digital constant voltage excitation, constant current excitation, constant power factor excitation control, dynamic response speed is quick and high control accuracy, performance is stable and reliable. It can be widely used as self-excited generator excitation power supply device of below 6300V, 10KV, in small and medium hydropower station and thermal power plant

1. Operation mode: local/remote operation mode can be chosen

2. Output control mode: constant current excitation, constant voltage excitation and constant power factor excitation output control mode

3. Control accuracy≤±1%

4. Rectifier mode: three-phase full control bridge SCR 6 pulse rectifier

5. Starting excitation soft start time control: 0—60S

6. Main controller: DSP computer digital trigger, current, voltage and power factor close-loop regulating control with quick response speed and no overshoot

7. Main protection functions: Protection of overvoltage of generator stator voltage, over excitation, lack excitation, magnetic loss, quick fuse, SCR rectifier component, over temperature of excitation rectifier transformer and overheating of wind machine and alarm

8. Touch screen and PLC operation control system an be chosen according to customer’s requirement

9. RS485 remote communication interface can be chosen according to customer’s requirement, remote monitor can be realized by Internet CAN bus, MODBUS bus and PROFIBUS bus communication protocol
